Kosh is a digital lending platform in India, empowering blue-collar workers with a unique joint liability model (much like microfinance but for a different segment). The social component of their underwriting helps control credit risk significantly and lower CAC/Opex in one go, making this 150mn-strong segment credit-worthy.

tEQuitable helps companies get in front of and prevent harassment. We are an independent, confidential platform to address issues of bias, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace. For employees, we provide a sounding board they can consult without fear of retribution on issues ranging from subtle, insidious slights and invalidations to overt discrimination and harassment. For companies, we provide data and insights to identify systemic issues, track behavioral trends, and develop actionable recommendations. tEQuitable is using technology to make workplaces more equitable.

dev/color is a non-profit organization that aims to maximize the impact of Black software engineers. Our mission is to provide Black engineers with the connections and skills needed to start and stay in the industry, and advance into leadership roles. We’re a community for software engineers, by software engineers. We work with members throughout their careers, from college to industry, through mentorship, goal setting and events.
